Item is cute- like pictured…. However, I had an issue with another order- a custom order- tried to communicate- but I’m honest/blunt (840 characters to get it out as well) & she continued to call me harsh/mean/liar after I left my other review & was trying to communicate the issue (second time).. she made it seem like I was blatantly lying/trying to be “that customer” when commentin back to the review- which in the end is what I truly do not appreciate. I contacted when I first received the order, the issue was never fixed till after I again contacted her- she gave me 3 options- I picked one but she didn’t stop when I asked for clear communication to make sure we were both on same page. Hope this is a learnin experience to correct a mistake first time & handle a honest review that doesnt favor her better next time. All the best
I ordered a custom piece for my wedding, I sent pictures from her page of what wanted.. order took awhile- she said she was sick- okay.. and she did send a PROGRESS picture- which I thought was meaning she was not done yet, so I told her I loved it- assuming she would still add one key pieces I asked for.. but I got the order and it was not what I asked for at all then.. nothing more was added after she sent the picture, so I contacted her- I had time before my wedding at that point but with shipping taking this long, it won’t be now… it’s been two weeks since I last heard from her and I was finally done and messages asking if the pieces- I now have to figure how to put on were sent as I still haven’t received them. She opened a new “business” during this whole thing and clearly does not care about this one anymore. It’s a shame
